Rules for accommodation providers
Rules for accommodation providers offering the possibility to accept discount VOUCHERS in their accommodation facilities. - The support is set at a maximum amount of CZK 150,000 per ID.
- The maximum amount of CZK 150,000 can be divided among several accommodation establishments within one ID number. The maximum amount of support is always CZK 150 000.
- The support is only related to stays carried out in the period from 2 January 2025 to 31 May 2025 inclusive or until the total amount of CZK 20 million is exhausted. The total amount allocated to each region is CZK 10 million. CZK.
- The support is related only to the price of accommodation.
- The aid is only related to bookings paid to the accommodation provider. In the case of bookings made through travel agencies, accommodation portals, etc., the stay must be paid for by the accommodation provider and any operational relationship must be a matter for the accommodation provider and the intermediary.
- The support is based on a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights.
- The support is granted to accommodation establishments (establishments) located in the territory of the flood-affected regions and specifically in the following ORP:
- Šumperk,
- Jeseník,
- Krnov,
- Bruntál,
- Rýmařov.
- The basic conditions for contracting an accommodation provider are:
- the accommodation provider must be registered on voucher.jeseniky.cz,
- the accommodation provider must have a valid trade license for accommodation services,
- the accommodation provider must have an establishment registered in the Trade Register,
- the accommodation provider must have a bank account for the purpose of payment of the discount refund,
- the accommodation provider must provide maximum cooperation in the voucher administration on voucher.jeseniky.cz, for example, confirm the voucher request from the client in the form of an acceptance,
- the accommodation provider must have a signed agreement with the administrator of the Jeseníky - Association of Tourism, z.s. support,
- the accommodation provider must have a free amount to draw in the de minimis register,
- the accommodation provider must not have been convicted of a criminal offence the substance of which is related to the subject of performance or the purpose of this contract or the small-scale support provided, or for an economic offence or an offence against property within the meaning of Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code, as amended,
- the accommodation provider is not insolvent or bankrupt,
- the accommodation provider must not provide false, incomplete or distorted information on which the conclusion or performance of the contract is based,
- the accommodation provider does not transfer the ownership of the supported accommodation facility during the period of providing small-scale support, i.e. from 2 January 2025 to 31 May 2025,
- the accommodation provider may not apply the aid to its accommodation facility which is the subject of execution proceedings or judicial execution by way of sale of the property or judicial lien.

- In the event of a valid cancellation of the contract, the accommodation provider shall reimburse the accommodation provider for all funds provided by the accommodation provider under this contract.
