Definition of the Jeseníky destination area

According to point 2.1 of the Call for applications for the subsidy programme Support for Visitor Facilities in Affected Areas No. 1/2024/Jeseníky, the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended competence Bruntál, Krnov and Rýmařov (Moravian-Silesian Region) and Jeseník and Šumperk (Olomouc Region) are considered to be the Jeseníky destination. These are defined by Decree No 346/2020 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with extended competence, the territory of districts of the capital city of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district, as amended, as follows:

Moravian-Silesian Region

The administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Bruntál is defined by the territory of the municipalities Andělská Hora, Bílčice, Bruntál, Dětřichov nad Bystřicí, Dlouhá Stráň, Dvorce, Horní Benešov, Horní Životice, Karlova Studánka, Karlovice, Křišťanovice, Leskovec nad Moravicí, Lomnice, Ludvíkov, Mezina, Milotice nad Opavou, Moravskoslezský Kočov, Nová Pláň, Nové Heřminovy, Oborná, Razová, Roudno, Rudná pod Pradědem, Staré Heřminovy, Staré Město, Světlá Hora, Svobodné Heřmanice, Široká Niva, Václavov u Bruntálu, Valšov and Vrbno pod Pradědem.

The administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Krnov is defined by the territory of the municipalities Bohušov, Brantice, Býkov-Láryšov, Čaková, Dívčí Hrad, Heřmanovice, Hlinka, Holčovice, Hošťálkovy, Janov, Jindřichov, Krasov, Krnov, Lichnov, Liptaň, Město Albrechtice, Osoblaha, Petrovice, Rusín, Slezské Pavlovice, Slezské Rudoltice, Třemešná, Úvalno, Vysoká and Zátor.

The administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Rýmařov is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Břidličná, Dolní Moravice, Horní Město, Jiříkov, Malá Morávka, Malá Štáhle, Rýmařov, Ryžoviště, Stará Ves, Tvrdkov and Velká Štáhle.

Olomouc Region

The administrative district of the municipality of Jeseník is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Bělá pod Pradědem, Bernartice, Bílá Voda, Černá Voda, Česká Ves, Hradec-Nová Ves, Javorník, Jeseník, Kobylá nad Vidnavkou, Lipová-lázně, Mikulovice, Ostružná, Písečná, Skorošice, Stará Červená Voda, Supíkovice, Uhelná, Vápenná, Velká Kraš, Velké Kunětice, Vidnava, Vlčice, Zlaté Hory and Žulová.

The administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Šumperk is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Bludov, Bohdíkov, Bohutín, Branná, Bratrušov, Bušín, Dlouhomilov, Dolní Studénky, Hanušovice, Hraběšice, Hrabišín, Chromeč, Jakubovice, Janoušov, Jindřichov, Kopřivná, Libina, Loučná nad Desnou, Malá Morava, Nový Malín, Olšany, Oskava, Petrov nad Desnou, Písařov, Rapotín, Rejchartice, Ruda nad Moravou, Sobotín, Staré Město, Sudkov, Šléglov, Šumperk, Velké Losiny, Vernířovice, Vikantice and Vikýřovice.

The accommodation provider must have an accommodation establishment registered in the trade register in the above-defined area of the Jeseníky destination.
