Voucher settlement

The VOUCHER settlement will be made by the accommodation provider and will be simple and fast.

 

The settlement will be done by the accommodation provider through the documents listed below:

• Small-scale support settlement form - Annex 3 of the contract between Jeseníky - Association of Tourism, z.s. and the accommodation provider, which will have to be signed by the accommodation provider and the client drawing the accommodation discount. This form will be generated automatically from the system and the accommodation provider will find it in their accommodation portal. After that, it will only need to fill in a few details and secure the signatures of both parties.
• A voucher will be generated from the system for the specific guest taking the discount. This will be automatically created and stored in the accommodation provider's portal once the VOUCHER has been activated.
• Proof of payment of the total amount by the specific guest taking the discount. This document will need to be uploaded to the system - the accommodation provider's portal. Acceptable forms will be:
  • cash receipt,
  • bank statement,
  • a bank-confirmed payment transaction.
