Want to get a discount Voucher?

You can activate the DISCOUNT VOUCHER from 2.1.2025 and you can use it for your booked stay at the contracted accommodation provider in the period from 2.1.2025 to 31.5.2025 or until the total amount of 20.000.000 CZK is exhausted.

So take advantage of this unique opportunity and get a discount of CZK 300 per person per night for stays from a minimum of 2 nights to a maximum of 7 nights. In total, you can save CZK 2,100 per person. The discount is valid for one person. For a family of four, you can save CZK 8,400 for a seven-night stay.

How to get the VOUCHER?

1. You must first have booked your stay with a contracted accommodation provider and have agreed on all the conditions (i.e. date of stay, number of people, payment, etc.). The accommodation provider must have signed a contract with us - Jeseníky - Association of Tourism, z.s. (the administrator of the support). 2. Next, you can request online the creation of a voucher for this accommodation from the selected accommodation provider in the accommodation overview (green button). Fill in the necessary data and confirm with the red button.

Don't forget:
- you need to enter the correct birth number or passport number for foreigners,
- you can take up to 5 people with you on one VOUCHER, it is a so-called MULTIVOUCHER,
- each person can take the discount only once per valid birth number.

3. After submitting your VOUCHER request online, your chosen accommodation provider will receive a text message, email and notification to the accommodation provider's portal to confirm your VOUCHER request. If you have previously agreed on the dates of your stay and the number of people, then the accommodation provider will confirm your VOUCHER. You will then receive a text message and an email offering to withdraw your VOUCHER. Please download or print the VOUCHER.

Important:
- you need to enter the same details as when booking,
- the accommodation provider has 72 hours to confirm your request for a Voucher, so please wait or contact the accommodation provider and ask for a faster confirmation,
- you need to enter the correct birth number or passport number for foreigners,
- if the VOUCHER is not confirmed by the accommodation provider within 72 hours your request is rejected and you can apply for a new VOUCHER,
- you can only have an active VOUCHER application with one accommodation provider,
- you can re-generate a repeat request (after the original request has been rejected) for a VOUCHER with the same or another accommodation provider,
- the accommodation provider may reject your VOUCHER request for capacity reasons, so you need to act quickly,
- we recommend that you generate your VOUCHER application as soon as possible (even for a stay in May), as the total amount of financial support is limited and you can apply for a VOUCHER (and above all have it confirmed by the accommodation provider) until the financial limit is exhausted (20 million in total). CZK - 10 million. CZK for the Olomouc Region and CZK 10 million for the Olomouc Region. CZK 10 for the Moravian-Silesian Region)

4. After downloading or printing the VOUCHER you can look forward to your stay with the selected accommodation provider. Stays can be booked from 2.1.2025 to 31.5.2025 (departure must be 31.5.2025). Minimum length of stay is 2 nights and maximum length can be 7 nights.

5. After downloading the VOUCHER, you can fill in the questionnaire with 5 questions, which will take no more than 1 minute, and as a reward you will receive an original gift on arrival at the accommodation - a folded tourist map of the Jeseníky Mountains.

6. You also have the opportunity to unlock discounts, bonuses and packages for your stay in Jeseníky by simply activating your YES card. Click on the button I want another DISCOUNT to activate your YES CARD online.

7. Upon arrival at the accommodation, you will pay your part of the stay (it can be paid from various sources - company benefits, FKSP funds, etc. according to the agreement with the accommodation provider) and confirm with your signature on the form from the accommodation provider "settlement of the use of the discount". This is used as a basis for reimbursement of the discount to the accommodation provider.
