This exceptional apartment with an impressive 198 m² is located on the 3rd floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. Upon entering, you will be enchanted by the feeling of airiness, light and warmth of home. The living area with open plan kitchen is the heart of the apartment - ideal for family gatherings or quiet evenings overlooking the surrounding countryside. The apartment offers quality facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and other essential appliances. The common area includes a living room with sofa bed and smart TV, as well as a large massive dining table with benches and a very popular children's play area. The privacy of guests is ensured by 4 separate rooms (3x bedrooms with solid wood double beds and quality mattresses, 1x children's room with bunk beds and 3 twin beds). The apartment has 2 toilets and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also equipped with a modern smart home system - heating, air conditioning and water heating. Your safety is monitored by a camera system with recording, and you can rely on a high-quality Wi-Fi connection.
